Cancellation Policy

Evening reservations: A deposit of £70 per person will be taken to confirm your table and credited towards your final bill. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, we ask for 48 hours’ notice for parties of 1-4 guests, and 72 hours’ for parties of 5 or more guests.

Lunch reservations: For groups of 1-4 guests, we kindly request your card details to confirm your table. This will only be charged if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation. For groups of 5+ guests, a £70 deposit will be taken per person.

Dietary Requirements: We ask for at least one week’s notice for all dietaries requirements. Please note, we are unable to cater for vegan or dairy-free diets without advance notice. Due to the nature of our menu, we cannot accommodate mango or mustard allergies.

Children: For the consideration of other guests, we are unable to welcome small children and babies to BiBi. Children over the age of 12 are welcome, but we ask they dine from our regular menu.
