We serve an a la carte and two tasting menus at lunch (our shorter ‘Set Lunch’, and our longer ‘Lunch Chef’s Selection’) and a single tasting menu (the ‘Evening Chef’s Selection’) at dinner. Samples of all our menus can be found here.

Cancellation policy
Evening reservations:
For reservations of 1-6 guests, we kindly request your card details to confirm your table. At the point of booking, we take a deposit of £70 per person, which will be credited towards your bill on the evening. In the event you need to cancel your booking, for parties of up to four guests we ask for 48 hours’ notice; for parties of five or more we ask for 72 hours’ notice. If the booking is cancelled within the cancellation period, the card details provided will see a further charge of £55 per person (a total of £125 per person, our menu price).
Lunch reservations:
For groups of up to 4 guests, we kindly request your card details to confirm your table. Your card will only be charged if you cancel within the cancellation period. For groups of 5 guests and above, we take a deposit of £70 per person.

Dietary requirements
We can accommodate most allergies with at least one week’s notice. If we are not informed in advance, we will be unable to cater for vegan or dairy-free diets on the day. Due to the nature of our menu and our kitchen, we are never able to accommodate mango or mustard allergies. Please add information about allergies to your booking notes, and email us on info@bibirestaurants.com if you have any questions.

Children
Young guests are welcome as long as they participate in dining from our regular menu. We are unable to welcome small children and babies as we do not have child friendly facilities and we wish to respect all of our diners’ experience.
