BiBi & Friends: Chet Sharma & Mitsunobu Nagae
On Thursday, 5th March, Chef Chet Sharma presents the fourth edition of BiBi & Friends, welcoming Chef Mitsunobu Nagae of Michelin-starred l’abeille in New York for an exclusive collaborative dinner in London sponsored by Krug.
The chefs first worked together in summer 2025, when Chet was invited to participate in l’abeille’s Chef in Residence series. United by a shared precision, restraint, and deep respect for ingredients, the collaboration revealed an immediate creative synergy. This return collaboration sees the roles reversed, with Mitsu joining Chet in London for his first time cooking in the city.
The evening offers a rare opportunity to experience two distinct culinary perspectives shaped by technique, culture, and craft, brought together for one night at BiBi.
