Our menus
Our constantly evolving menus are contemporary and approachable but with recognisably Indian flavours that would have been enjoyed by Chet’s paternal and maternal grandmothers (bibis), who played a key role in his culinary identity.
At lunch, we offer a set menu with both a three (£65) and five-course (£95) option. At dinner, we serve two Chef Selection menus, named after each of Chet’s grandmothers: the first a little lighter – Kamal (£145) – and the other a more decadent option – Ranjana (£195).
Each of our set menus can be accompanied by one of our matching wine pairings, similarly named after Chet’s grandfathers: Baldev and Ved, which feature more adventurous and classical pairings respectively.
